Motivational training ‘The Core’

'The Core' is a motivational and activating training that helps participants strengthen their personal motivation, self-awareness, and willingness to learn, and discover their talents. Four interrelated modules provide targeted preparation for successful follow-up training and a future in the hospitality sector.

Hospitality in the hotel and hospitality industry

Phone contact is often the first moment a guest experiences your organization In this training, you'll learn to communicate professionally, hospitably, and confidently with a variety of guests using the correct conversation structure, voice, and conversational techniques.

Time Management Training

In the dynamic hospitality environment, this training will teach you how to create clarity and calm by setting clear priorities. You'll develop practical skills for planning, focus, and effectively managing time wasters, allowing you to work more efficiently and with greater control.

Aggression Management Training

In this training, you'll learn to recognize (mild) aggression from guests in a timely manner and handle it professionally and calmly. You'll gain practical tools to remain customer-friendly, set boundaries, and de-escalate difficult situations safely and effectively.
